Cardinals reach deal with Levi Brown

The Arizona Cardinals have reached a five-year agreement with offensive tackle Levi Brown.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Brown has spent the past five years with the Cardinals, after being drafted in the first round in the 2007 NFL Draft out of Penn State.

He started 72 consecutive games at tackle for the Cardinals and has played in 77 regular season gamed with 75 starts since he was drafted.

Brown was on the free agent market for a short time before he was able to work out a new deal with the team.

There is some speculation, depending on what the Cardinals do in the draft, that Brown could move to the right side of the line next season as the team looks for more solid play from the offensive live in the 2012 season.
