Suns announce NBA Summer League roster

On July 15-21, Suns Coach Dan Majerle will head up the Phoenix Suns summer league team for the fourth consecutive season along wthh assistant coach Noel Gillespie. The team itself will be lead by second year forward Markieff Morris and rookie point guard Kendall Marshall from Las Vegas. Games will be played at the Thomas & Mack Center on the campus of UNLV as well as at the Cox Pavilion.

The complete roster consists of the following:

#10 – Diante Garrett, Guard, Iowa State

#25 – Matt Gatens, Guard, Iowa

#54 – Matt Howard, Forward, Butler

#16 – Akos Keller, Center, Hungary

#40 – Marcus Landry, Forward, Wisconsin

#23 – David Lighty, Guard, Ohio State

#12 – Kendall Marshall, Guard, North Carolina

#14 – Tasmin Mitchell, Forward, Louisiana State

#11 – Markieff Morris, Forward, Kansas

#26 – Patrick O’Bryant, Center, Bradley

#8 – Doron Perkins, Guard, Santa Clara

#0 – Jacob Pullen, Guard, Kansas State

#32 – DeShawn Sims, Forward, Michigan

#2 – PJ Tucker, Forward, Texas

#20 – Erving Walker, Guard, Florida

The full summer league team will be practicing two-a-days from July 11-13 in Phoenix before heading to Las Vegas for the five game schedule. The schedule is as follows:

7/15 – New York, 1:00pm, Cox Pavilion (Will air live on NBA TV)

7/17 – Cleveland, 5:30pm, Thomas & Mack Center

7/18 – New Orleans, 5:30, Thomas & Mack Center (Will air live on NBA TV)

7/20 – NBA D-League Team, 7:00pm, Cox Pavilion

7/21 – Memphis, 7:00pm, Cox Pavilion
