Every Wednesday during the season NFL Network and NFL.com Senior Fantasy Analyst Michael Fabiano joins Sports360AZ.com’s Brad Cesmat to share his insight on building and developing your fantasy team for success.

Here are some hi-lights from our most recent conversation (November 5th) with the Fantasy Sports Writer’s Association Hall of Famer.

What general advice would you give fantasy owners as we approach mid-November? “It’s this time of the year Brad where you have to look at what you have in terms of depth and what you have on your bench that you’re not going to use in your starting lineup and start looking at other teams that could use those players for their starting lineup and then get a player back that can help you for the stretch run.”

Been presented a trade: Cam Newton for Knile Davis–I have Brian Hoyer and can pick up Sanchez or Tannehill: “Getting Knile Davis doesn’t do anything for me to be quite honest. He’s the number two running back in Kansas City. If Jamaal Charles were not playing that’s a different story but I would not trade Cam Newton to get Knile Davis there’s very little upside there with Davis.”

Is Newton a good play this week on Monday Night Football? “Believe it or not I actually like Cam this week because of the game against the Eagles. They have not been good against the pass this year. Eight touchdown passes in four home games this year. I know Cam’s been bad. He’s been really bad. Outside of that one game in Cincinnati where he played five quarters (overtime tie) and scored over 30 fantasy points his numbers have really left a lot to be desired…if you can’t do it against the Eagles on Monday Night Football it’s time to start think about putting Cam on your bench and maybe even the waiver wire.”
