Former Sun Devil & Sabercat D.J. Foster Gears Up for NFL Combine

From state championships at Saguaro high school to adding his name to the record books at Arizona State, D.J. Foster is now preparing to show off what we around the state of Arizona have seen for years now. Foster’s speed, quickness and athleticism will be on display this week at the NFL Scouting Combine at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis.

For Foster, he is being invited as a wide receiver during his week-long interview for teams at the NFL level. He spent three of his four years plus his high school days as a running back before being moved to receiver his senior year. He intends to show he is a “running back that can play receiver” and why that can be a valuable description for a player in the draft.

D.J. Foster sat down one-on-one with Brad Cesmat to discuss his training and his mindset heading into the Combine this week and also looks back on his time at ASU in this interview from ‘Brad Cesmat’s Football AZ.’

You can check out ‘Brad Cesmat’s Football AZ’ three nights a week on FOX Sports Arizona.
