Hamilton Athlete Zachary Lewis Breaks Down Commitment to Nevada

Hamilton athlete Zachary Lewis is one of the most versatile players in the Arizona high school football scene.

On Wednesday, he announced he’ll take that versatility to Nevada.

The Hamilton Husky cited his relationship with members of the Nevada coaching staff, including head coach Jay Norvell as the main reason why he committed to the Wolfpack.

He also talked to current Wolfpack member and former Chandler defensive back Zeke Robbins and received rave reviews on the program.

Lewis holds offers from NAU, Nevada, Washington State and Army.

He said he’ll play cornerback and have roles on special teams with the Wolfpack.

Over two years, he accumulated over 1,000 total yards, four interceptions, 76 tackles and four tackles for loss.

He joins Poston Butte running back Zion Burns as Nevada commits from Arizona in this recruiting cycle.

He broke down his commitment and how Hamilton helped him get to where he is today on a special commitment edition of the Venezia’s Pizzeria Recruiting Roundup.
