Williams Field’s Kyler Kasper Seeing Offers Roll In

Williams Field class of 2023 wide receiver Kyler Kasper stands out.

He stands out physically with hit 6-foot-5 185-pound frame. He stands out athletically, posting videos of a 66-inch box jump or a myriad of dunks on the basketball court.

He stands out on the football field with acrobatic catches in traffic and jumpballs.

He’s standing out, and colleges are taking notice.

It’s been a busy couple of months for Kasper. Iowa State and Iowa – where his father, Kevin Kasper, was a wide receiver – offered him in-season. Arizona State and Michigan State followed suit in January. And Utah and Arizona offered since the Red Zone Super Bowl 7-0n-7 tournament where this interview took place.

It seems to be just the beginning for this long wide receiver.

What’s Next for Kyler Kasper

The wide receiver is coming off a debut varsity season with 22 catches for 412 yards and two receiving touchdowns. He’s one of the many weapons on the Black Hawks offense returning along with quarterback CJ Tiller, running backs Kaden Cloud and Aziya Jamison and Sjawn Hunter.

He’s working to get bigger and faster on the field and taking notes on some of the great big receivers to pick up a few things as well.

“I like Mike Evans, Calvin Johnson, I watch all their tape,” Kasper said. “I like big 6-foot-5 guys like me. I like watching them all the time and checkin gout their highlights.”

Kasper breaks down his first couple of offers and how he’s hoping to develop for his junior season on this edition of the Recruiting Roundup.
