Arizona State basketball may have lost to Creighton Tuesday night.
But they also got a big, big win.
Class of 2017 4-star big man Kenny Wooten gave his verbal commitment to the Sun Devils while on an official visit Tuesday.

The 6-foot-8, 205-pound center who comes from Las Vegas Trinity Christian was originally committed to Nevada, who is coached by former ASU assistant coach Eric Musselman. Wooten held 16 offers from programs like Kansas, Cal, Arkansas, Oregon, USC and San Diego State.
Size has been a priority for the Sun Devils, who consistently play a smaller lineup than most. Aside from Jethro Tshisumpa, there are no players taller than 6-foot-9 on the current roster.
This is the sixth 4-star commitment for Bobby Hurley since he took over in Tempe, including recently transferred guard Sam Cunliffe.
Wooten joins point guard Remy Martin and small forward Kimani Lawrence as 2017 Sun Devil commits.
