Add another building block to the resume of NAIA power Arizona Christian University football.
The Firestorm took down national power Langston University 55-52 on the road and are now 2-0 in conference play.
Over the last two weeks, head coach Donnie Yantis has seen his team go on back to back long road trips and come away with victories.
Quarterback Gerrit Groenewold threw five touchdown passes and ran for a score. Running back PJ Sparks had his fourth straight 100-yard rushing game.
The Firestorm have their homecoming game on October 17th against Lyon College from Arkansas. The game will be played at Shadow Mountain high school at 7pm
