We have gone on and on about how impressive the 2014 football class is and how important it will be for U of A and ASU to land as many as possible. I think it will go down as one of the best classes the state has seen in quite some time.
This weekend, the Wildcats are doing their part in recruiting that class as some of the top 2014 talent, especially in Arizona, will be in Tucson for Junior Day.
Some of the local players attending are QB Kyle Allen and WR Mark Andrews from Desert Mountain, WR/DB Jalen Brown of Mountain Pointe, WR/DB Cameron Denson (already a Wildcat commit), OT Andrew Mike from Sabino, WR/DB Bryant O’Georgia of North Canyon and WR Mitch McCulley from Chandler.
Signing day is coming up this Wednesday and while both U of A and ASU have landed some very good talent from within the state that are expected to sign from the 2013, most of the top players look to be headed elsewhere. Especially throughout the PAC-12.
