For the second-straight year, the Sun Devils will play in a first four game as a member of the field of 68. This year, they’ll take on St. John’s in Dayton, Ohio with the winner playing #6 Buffalo in the West region in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
This is the first time since 1981 the Sun Devils have appeared in the tournament in back-to-back years.
The Sun Devils were one of three Pac-12 schools to make the tournament, joining Washington and tournament champion Oregon.
The Devils will tip off in Dayton on Wednesday at approximately 6:10 p.m. local time.
