Bottoming Out. Wildcats Crushed by Cougars

There’s no where to go but up.

Arizona clearly hit rock bottom Saturday afternoon on the road against Washington State, getting destroyed 69-7. The game was never in doubt after the coin flip. The Cougars raced out to a 24-0 lead after the first quarter. With the loss, the Wildcats fall to 2-7 (0-6, in Pac-12).

Washington State would roll up 614 yards of offense and Arizona would contribute 3 turnovers.

The schedule doesn’t do the Wildcats any favors, 15th ranked Colorado comes to Tucson next Saturday night. Kickoff is at 8pm.
