Boulder Creek running back Jacob Cisneros impacted the game in so many phases in 2020. He rushed for 1,552 yards and 21 touchodowns. He caught 41 passes for 666 yards and 12 touchdowns. He also returned three kicks for touchdowns.
He now brings that repetoire to Penn after he committed to the Quakers on Wednesday.

In addition to Penn, the running back held offers Southwest Minnesota State University, Colorado School of Mines, Yale, West Virginia State, San Diego, Georgetown, NAU and Dartmouth.
The Archie Amerson Award winner presented by the National Football Foundation Valley of the Sun Chapter ultimately chose Penn because of what can be offered on the field and in the classroom.
