The Cardinals continue to lock their draft picks in, this time signing inside linebacker Kevin Minter to a four-year contract.
Last Friday, the team inked running back Stepfan Taylor, wide receiver Ryan Swope, running back Andre Ellington and tight end D.C. Jefferson to four-year deals as well.
Minter started all 13 games last season for the LSU Tigers. He had 130 tackles, which led the team and was the fourth best single-season total in school history.
He also earned first-team All-America status from Sports Illustrated and was a consensus All-SEC first-team pick.
The team didn’t stop there with the signings. They also locked in center Adam Bice and quarterback Caleb TerBush, both of whom took part in the team’s rookie minicamp on a tryout.
Bice was a two-year starter on the offensive line at Akron. As a senior, Bice started all 12 games at right tackle. In his junior season, he started 10 games at center, so he has some versatility on the front line.
In 22 games at Purdue, TerBush completed 283 out of 476 passes for 3,077 yards, 25 touchdowns and 14 interceptions.
TerBush started 20 games over his final two seasons, including all 13 games in his junior season. That season TerBush set career highs with 1,905 yards passing and 13 TDs.
