The 3-2 Casa Grande Cougars can put up points in bunches and grind out games. In their two losses, to Sunrise Mountain and Dysart who are a combined 8-2, they lost by a combined 14 points. The Cougars went on the road and beat Marcos de Niza 27-13 Friday night. Leading the charge was quarterback Brock Hall, and wide receivers Trevor Russell and Cameron Gardner, who each had two touchdown receptions.
The trio discussed their connection dating back to elementary school and how their high-powered offense has led to their quick start in 2016.
