Chris Paul is now a Phoenix Sun and he’s already hitting the gym with fellow star Devin Booker. The work ethic for these two is there.

College Basektball Analyst for FS1 and PAC-12, Casey Jacobsen, is intrigued by Paul being on the Phoenix Suns with a young core of players, because they showed promise last year and appear to be going for it all this season.
“I’m excited for the Suns as an organization and their fan base,” Jacobsen said on The Brad Cesmat Show. “There is nothing more exciting if you’re a fan of an organization that is going for it.”
His optimism does come with some concerns about Paul’s leadership style that has rubbed some young players the wrong way in the past.
“There is a risk factor here,” Jacobsen said. “He can be a difficult personality for an organization and young players. He barks at guys constantly.”
There is a list of former teammates who have said that Paul is difficult to play with because of how demanding he is. Many great leaders and players are, and sometimes it’s just what young teams need.
Booker is normally the guy who takes the biggets shots for the Suns. That dynamic could be interesting to watch as Paul is no stranger to making plays at the end of games either.

“Chris Paul has proven that he is more than capable of creating a shot for himself or for others,” Jacobsen said. “Monty Williams now has two guys that can turn nothing into something. I look at it as glass half full instead of glass half empty if one guy is shooting and the other is not.”
