The Wildcats were his first offer, and Oregon State, Iowa State, NAU, Colorado State, Wisconsin and Arizona State all offered him in the last two months as well.

According to MaxPreps, The 6-foot-3, 190-pound wide receiver has hauled in 11 touchdowns in two varsity seasons on 40 receptions for 612 yards.

Miller told Sports360AZ back in May that he could see himself following a similar path as a former Coyote turned Wildcat.

“They have big wide receivers over there. They had Shawn Poindexter there, who went to Centennial,” Miller said. “He’s a pretty big wide receiver and I mock a lot of my game after him as well.”

Miller joins Gilert quarterback Will Plummer as the other public in-state Wildcat commit.

The ‘Cats are also in the mix for a few in-state offensive linemen in Salpointe Catholic’s Bruno Fina and Valley Vista’s Andrew Rumary, as well as Higley defensive end Jason Harris.
