Former Brophy Bronco star Devon Allen won the collegiate 60-meter indoor track and field finals on Saturday,in a time of 7.56 seconds. Allen, who attends Oregon, tore his ACL in the 2015 Rose Bowl against Florida State and did not play football for the Ducks this past season. His impressive showing will only fuel speculation that he will attempt to qualify for this summers Olympic Games in Brazil.

Allen has said that he will play football for the Ducks in 2016. But from the showing that he had over the weekend, it may not come after he attempts to medal in the 2016 games.
