Dramatic last second win for NAU

We’ve had the Hill Mary with Arizona, the Jail Mary with Arizona State and Saturday Northern Arizona had their own dramatic game winning catch. True freshman Dan Galindo hauled in a Jordan Perry ball with 12 seconds remaining as the Lumberjacks shocked the #2 team in the nation, beating Eastern Washington 28-27.
Perry came in at quarterback for the injured Chase Cartwright with 12 minuets to go in the game and would finish 4-6-88yds and the one touchdown.
The Homecoming crowd of 9,699 saw the Lumberjacks win their eighth-straight regular season home game.
NAU is 5-3 on the season and 3-1 in the Big Sky and plays next Saturday at Weber State.
