It is safe to say that Arizona State junior running back Kalen Ballage has bursted out of the gates. Through two games, he leads the team with 262 all-purpose yards and eight touchdowns which he scored most of in his NCAA record tying performance last weekend against Texas Tech.
The start of this season is different for Ballage compared to the previous two in a Sun Devil uniform. This year his is 100% prepared from an experience and a health stand point as injuries and illness has slowed him.
I sat down with Ballage to discuss this about his health this season compared to the past, recall one of the best highlights of his career in Tempe to this point and a NFL running back who is similar in size and ability who he is keeping a close eye on.
