32-30, Cardinals win over Buffalo.
Lots of thoughts once it was clear that DeAndre Hopkins came down with the Kyler Murray throw…
“Two plus two equals four, go down the field and throw it up,” Hopkins said afterwards.
I still can’t believe what I just saw…
The Arizona Cardinals are tied for first place in the NFC West with Seattle…
The Cardinals play at Seattle this Thursday…
All Buffalo had to do was knock the ball down and the game is over. Knocking the ball down is a lost art?

The Houston Texans gift to the Cardinals just keeps on giving. Since Hopkins came to the Cardinals in the offseason, Houston has fired the GM who made the deal and David Johnson was put on the Texans injured reserve this past week. Remember, the Texans agreed to take on Johnson’s contract too. It’s easily the most lopsided deal that I’ve seen in Arizona sports history…
Three Buffalo players were surrounding Hopkins. Three!
There were blown plays, curious coaching decisions, and injuries that piled up. But this is one of those rare times where you just say none of that matters and turn the page to Thursday night in Seattle…
“I’ve never been a part of one of those,” Kliff Kingsbury said afterwards.
None of us have.
