The Arizona Cardinals introduced their new starting quarterback Friday afternoon and it only took a few minutes for an inquiring media member to ask Sam Bradford about the health of his left knee which caused him to miss all but one game with the Minnesota Vikings in 2017.
“I feel good right now,” Bradford said without hesitation. “Obviously last year was difficult. After the procedure I had in November I was able to rehab and take care of myself and get myself back in a position to play.”
The Bird Gang is hoping Bradford will not only be able to play, but play well under a re-modeled, new-look coaching staff and the return of key playmakers like Larry Fitzgerald and running back David Johnson who, like Bradford, missed the majority of last season due to injury.
