* Westwood RB Ethan Johnson set the all-time single game state record with a 566 yard and 7 touchdown rushing performance against Higley.
Coach of the Week
* It’s been a long time since Dysart had a winning season but they secured that Friday with their win over Youngker. Congrats to Coach Manuel Alcantar!

* Flagstaff – How about the Eagles beating a one loss Prescott team on Friday.
Quarterbacks
* Cactus senior Preston Guerra had 305 total yards and 6 TDs.
* Mesa’s Roberto Baeza had 284 yards passing and 3 TDs and had 2 more rushing TDs versus Williams Field.
* Gunther Johnson from Boulder Creek had 7 total TDs versus Horizon.
* Junior Chase Cord from Sunrise Mountain had 238 yards and 5 TDs versus Ironwood.
* Saguaro’s Kare Lyles threw 3 TD passes to Byron Murphy against Apollo.
* Hamilton’s Travis Lockhart threw 4 TDs against Basha.
* Snowflake’s Tyler Claridge had 4 TDs against Payson.
* Centennial’s Isaac Steele had 3 total TDs against Pinnacle.
* Daniel Bridge-Gadd from PV had 5 passing TDs, 384 yards and 1 rushing TD versus Shadow Mountain.
* Millennium’s Ernie Pina had 295 yards and 3 TDs.
Running Backs
* Carl Hayden’s Kentrelle Bayman had 155 yards and 4 TDs versus Trevor Browne.
* Seth Kutter from O’Connor ran for 202 yards and 4 TDs against Deer Valley.
* Tyler Vasko from Westview rushued for 160 yards, had 75 yards receiving and 3 total TDs.
* Jacob Duarte from Cibola rushed for 253 yards and 3 TDs versus Gila Ridge.
* Jeff Goebel from Sunnyslope rushed for 187 yards and 2 TDs and caught 5 passes for 73 yards and a score.
* Chaparral’s Kurt Shughart had 3 rushing TD and a pick 6 against Liberty.
* Show Low RB Jaisen Brown had 4 TDs against Blue Ridge.
* Round Valley’s Sullivan Udell had 202 yards and 2 TDs versus Valley Christian.
Receivers
* Paradise Valley’s Jim Dragon caught 8 passes for 167 yards and 2 TDs against Shadow Mountain.
* Joy Christian senior Dujuan Lawrence had 2 receiving TDs and 1 rushing against Camp Verde.
Defense/Special Teams/Misc.
* Mt. Pointe DB Rashie Hodge had 2 pick 6s against Mt. View.
* Give the Desert Edge OL some love. Brock Corbin, Tyson Jones, Max Wilhite, Hunter Jones and Austin Young paved the way for a state record 728 rushing yards versus Agua Fria. Rocky Perez had 205, Roshaun Johnson had 178 and 3 TDs, QB Tehran Thomas had 174 and 3 TDs and Alex Medrano had 114 yards and TDs.
* Apache Junction’s Tanner Garcia had 2 KOR TDs on Friday. He also had 94 yards receiving and another score.
* Williams Field kicker Blake Ruiz hit a 51 yards game winning FG against Mesa. He also was 4 for 4 on PATs and kicked all 6 kickoffs into the endzone for touchbacks.
* Northwest Christian’s Caleb Egherman returned a punt and a kick for TDs.
* Jaylon Green from Agua Fria had 2 KOR TDs against Desert Edge
