It appears LSU has followed Texas A&M’s lead.
The Aggies have come to the Valley in recent years and plucked away top in-state recruits Kyle Allen and Christian Kirk. Now Les Miles has joined the fun landing the state’s top kicking prospect Connor Culp from Desert Vista.

Culp, an incoming senior for the Thunder, is ranked the fourth best kicker in the country according to Scout.com. He trains under kicking guru Chris Sailer and was an attendee of the LSU kicking camp last month.
Culp apparently left an impression on Les Miles and his staff.
“I committed about 2 weeks ago but I announced it (Tuesday),” Culp said via direct message on Twitter.
This marks the 19th commitment for the Tigers.
