Chandler 2022 wide receiver Kyion Grayes has quickly developed into a top receiver and a national-level recruit.
After catching 28 passes for 556 yards and 10 touchdowns in 2020, the 6-foot-1, 175-pound receiver has been offered by some of the nation’s elite programs.
Ohio State, Oregon, Texas and Penn State offered the one-time Arizona commit during the season. USC, Auburn, Utah and Nebraska offered in the past two weeks, adding to a long offer list he already held.
While plenty of programs are vying for the All-American, the Buckeyes have separated themselves as a potential landing spot. Wide receivers coach Brian Hartline made an instant connection with Grayes after the Buckeyes offered in October.
Grayes plans to take self-guided tours in Columbus and on the Oregon campus. Other potential visits could be in play as well.
The wide receiver didn’t indicate when he may commit but these future trips could provide a clearer picture for Grayes and his family.
