This broadcast is a student-operated production by students of Liberty High School operating cameras, graphics, audio, the TriCaster, and producing and directing the broadcast under the direction of Mr. James Byrne. Most pre-produced videos and graphics were created by the students of Liberty PSBN.

PSBN is available at all seven Peoria Unified School District schools as a school internship for credit that applies towards graduation.
