Chandler quarterback Mikey Keene had big shoes to fill entering the season. The first-year starter was following up the likes of Jacob Conover, Mason Moran, Bryce Perkins and Darell Garretson as the Wolves signal-caller.
How did he respond to this high standard?
By completing 80.5 percent of his passes for 1,696 yards, 16 touchdowns and three interceptions through seven games.
Not bad at all.
I am extremely excited and grateful to have received my first scholarship offer from Northern Arizona University! Thank you for this opportunity @CoachChrisBall @aaronpflugrad @ZachWerlinger @GarretsonRick pic.twitter.com/o8s6Pt71YL
