Arizona State picked up its 11th public commit of the 2019 on Sunday from Nevada defensive end DJ Heckard.
According to 247Sports, Heckard held offers from the Sun Devils, Fresno State, Portland State, San Diego State, UNLV and Utah.

Heckard is a three-star, 6-foot-5, 235-pound defensive end. According to MaxPreps, he had 37 tackles and two tackles for loss last year for Faith Lutheran High School.
This is the third defensive commitment for ASU in 2019, joining safety Ty DeArman and linebacker Connor Soelle.
