After a lockout that lasted 162 days, the Phoenix Suns officially began training camp over the weekend at Grand Canyon University.
Alvin Gentry addressed the challenges of managing a roster with a short season that will consist of three straight nights with games or five games in seven days.
The Suns are returning a lot of familiar faces to the team but made a few new additions as well. Gentry spoke about how bringing in Sabastian Telfair and Shannon Brown will add depth, youth and athleticism to their team.
The Suns will continue two-a-days throughout the week from Grand Canyon University.
