Nicco Marchiol’s debut as a Hamilton Husky is one of the most anticipated debuts in Arizona high school football.
The 2022 quarterback transferred in from Colorado and has over 20 of the biggest programs in college football offering him. Since April 1st, he’s added offers from LSU, USC, Ole Miss, Purdue, Washington State and Penn State.
The national champion Tigers and “QBU” USC jumped out among the recent group of offers.
Truly an honor to be offered by QBU, a.k.a University of Southern California!! Huge thanks to @CoachDoege and @CoachHarrellUSC for this opportunity! 🟡🔴✌️ #FightOn @Husky_Football7 @Elev8QBacademy pic.twitter.com/sK6aAB4etx

“Earning the LSU and USC offers meant a lot to me,” Marchiol said. “Not only because they are big time programs, but also because they do not offer many kids, and when they do, it’s because they firmly believe that that player will come in and get the job done. It’s an honor to be offered by those two.”
Among his group of offers, Marchiol said Michigan, Mississippi State, TCU, Florida, Florida State and USC are recruiting him hardest.
The southpaw styles his game after Marcus Mariota and is eager to get working with his new teammates at Hamilton.
For now, he’s working out on his own and preparing for when he can take the field for the first time as a Husky.
He breaks down his recruitment, getting acclimated to Arizona and more in the video above.
