A year ago at this time, Pinnacle quarterback Spencer Rattler was an incoming freshman who many knew little about. He was competing for the starting job as a freshman and it was unknown how much he would see the field right away. Today, Rattler has six division I scholarships which include Arizona State, Kentucky, Memphis, Oklahoma, Texas A&M and UCLA.
I went one-on-one with Rattler to discuss his last year which has included him visiting two of the most prestigious football universities in the nation this summer, the work and adjustments he has put in and his outlook on his team going into the 2016 season.
