Sebastian Telfair has been somewhat of a journeyman since being drafted by Portland in 2004. Currently in his first season with the Phoenix Suns, Telfair was struggling to see minutes consistently having only played in three games in December.
However, in the final weeks of the first half of the season, Telfair played himself into the role of Steve Nash’s back-up and ultimately averaged a season high in minutes during the month of February with 13.4 per game.
After being the last one off the practice floor, Telfair spoke with Pros2Preps.com on what he has done to see more minutes and to gain Alvin Gentry’s trust leading the Suns’ second unit.
