Fans crowded fashion square mall on thursday night to check out the new era of the Phoenix Suns.
Led by MC Al McCoy, the Suns took a trip down memory lane showing the three different uniform combinations over the years and brought back former players to model the uniform history. The familiar faces included the oridional sun Dick Van Arsdale, Alvan Adams, Walter Davis, Eddie Johnson, Tim Kempton, Tom Chambers, Casey Jacobson, Steven Hunter and Pat Burke.
That all led up to the unveiling of the newest uniforms and the fourth in team history which were modeled by Suns first round picks from 2013, Alex Len and Archie Goodwin, forward P.J. Tucker and newest Suns Eric Bledsoe and Caron Butler. The jerseys take attributes from old jerseys which include the sun burst on the side of the shorts and the lines that resemble the 1992 jerseys on the front of the tops.
