Alright Arizona, we are on the clock.
Now that the Seattle Seahawks are the Super Bowl Champs, the pressure is now on us to follow a New York/New Jersey Super Bowl in just over 360 days.
We know how to do big events. Over 563-thousand fans went to watch golf at TPC Scottsdale over the last week. I can only imagine what it will be like next year when the Super Bowl drops in.
Rent out your houses and make a killing on those wanting more than just a hotel room.
I have heard from some of my national media friends that New York did a terrific job in hosting. This isn’t good news longterm for Arizona.
We have always sold the virtues of 70 degrees and great golf in late January, but now that New York has had success, I am sure they will have a leg up in bidding for future Super Bowls.
Bring on the teams, parties, entertainment, and worldwide media. Bring on the critics who will rip us for not being as sophisticated a state as New York(guaranteed to happen).
We will be ready to get the job done.
