After logging long hours traveling around the country, meeting with prospects, and studying a seemingly endless amount film, the Arizona Cardinals coaches and scouts can breath easier with the 2012 draft now in the rearview mirror.
For those who questioned if the Cardinals would ever address their offensive line in the draft, they did, selecting a tackle and a guard with their fourth and fifth round selections respectively. The Cardinals decided to take tackle Bobby Massie in the fourth. Massie appeared in 37 games at Ole Miss, starting his final 29 games at right tackle, which has to be something that appealed to Arizona.
The Cardinals addressed their offensive line in the fourth and fifth rounds. They immediately jumped back to their secondary with the first of their sixth round picks, taking cornerback Justin Bethel out of Presbyterian.
With the second of their sixth round draft picks, the Cardinals looked toward their offense by taking quarterback Ryan Lindley out of San Diego State.
