The nation’s best high school football players are in San Antonio for the U.S. Army All-American Bowl this Saturday.
Arizona is well represented with four players and a coach on the West team:
- St. Mary’s DE Odua Isibor
- North Canyon OT Austin Jackson
- Saguaro S K.J. Jarrell
- Williams Field K Brandon Ruiz
- Saguaro head football coach Jason Mohns
The West team will be following Mohns’ lead as they are running the Sabercat offense for the bowl game.
Isibor, Jackson and Jarrell are all uncommitted, while Ruiz has pledged to kick for the Alabama Crimson Tide. Brad Cesmat discusses that and other Valley storyline with Jordan Hamm, who is in San Antonio for Bowl coverage.
The U.S. Army All-American Bowl kicks off on Saturday at 11 a.m. Arizona time.
