Valencia Suspended by ASU

Devastating news for Arizona State wrestling. Zahid Valencia has been suspended indefinitely by the university for a failed drug test. Valencia was 20-0 on the season. The Pac-12 Tourney is in two weeks, NCAA’s in mid-March, and the 2020 Olympic Trials in early April. Will he be allowed to compete in any of those events? 

“Zahid Valencia has been suspended indefinitely from the ASU men’s wrestling team.” was the only statement released by Arizona State on the matter.
