Trey Lockhart from Hamilton high school is this weeks Valle Luna “Making a Difference” Athlete of the Week.
Trey volunteers at several events, while playing football for the Huskies.
One Dog AZ – Chandler based no cruelty shelter that helps dogs find forever homes. Trey helps with the adoption events Choice Pet Market in Chandler. 
AZCEND Food Bank in Chandler – the food bank receives food near it expiration date from about 30 different valley grocery stores. Trey helps to sort the food and then fill shopping carts to be distributed to Chandler residents. The ones in bold are reflected in the photos. He also volunteers at Feed My Starving Children.
Trey was injured last season, but is looking forward to being back on the field for the Huskies this Fall.
